Reopening Plan Updates

This page was last updated on June 4, 2020 at 2:00pm

As Multnomah & Washington counties begin to partially reopen, we are proceeding cautiously to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. It is a complex endeavor given the large number of families who visited on a daily basis (pre-pandemic) and the limits of our waiting room space.

All counseling/therapy & MD appointments will follow Virtual Clinic procedures until further notice.

We will update this page as our policies develop.

FAQs About Reopening In-Person Services

Each clinician is reviewing each client's individual evaluation needs on a case-by-case basis. Generally, evaluations cannot be completed via telehealth, and require the clinician to closely observe & supervise the child in a way that makes social distancing impossible. We are working to put procedures and plans in place. We thank you in advance for your patience--we will contact you when we are ready to reschedule.

Due to the continued need for caution & social distancing, please assume that all therapy, counseling, and MD visits scheduled through 2020 will be conducted via telehealth, following Virtual Clinic procedures (see link above).
